KANCEP members receive a Resource Manual. (Non-members may
purchase the Resource Manual.) The purpose of the Resource Manual
is to:
1. Provide a common practice base for CNE providers in their
effort to promote consistently high level of excellence
in the provision of continuing education for nurses in Kansas.
2. Assist providers in meeting the requuirements for mandatory continuing education
in Kansas.
3. Enhance development of sound educational programs
designed to meet the needs of nurses in Kansas.
4. Serve as a hands-on reference for new providers of continuing
education for nurses in Kansas.
5. Glean from experienced experts their practical, working
knowledge and realistic approaches to providing CNE.
6. Keep abreast of current technology and educational issues and trends.
